Our Rates

All of our rates are subject to change without notice. Prices below may not reflect additional charges for utilities. Discounts are available for Daily rates only, including daily group rates. Please call our office at (830) 367-5566 to check for discount availability. RV and Tent Rates include 2 adults and 2 children per site, additional occupant fees apply. Our RV sites are pet friendly. We have a daily pet fee and allow a maximum of 2 pets per site. Our cabins and tents are not able to accommodate pets. See rules and regulations for more information regarding pet rules, requirements and records needed.

Traveling With a Group?

Our dry tent camping sites are available for groups on a daily basis. Rates are based on guests ages 16 and up. To receive the group discount, the whole balance must be paid when reservation is made. The number of people must be confirmed before arriving. No refunds are given for parties that do not show up.

RV Groups

Our clubhouse is available for groups and rallies, and holds up to 50 guests. Group reservations are allowed between May and September for at least 10 RV’s at a 15% discount. No groups on Holidays. Contact our office for more information.

Our Policies

Reservations

Online reservations require full payment at time of booking. This guarantees your reservation for the requested dates and number of nights, and holds the reserved site for late arrival. We understand circumstances may arise that necessitate a change in your travel plans. Make reservations online or call us at 830-367-5566.

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled 30 days or greater from the arrival date will incur a $35 fee
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Payments and Refunds

Full payment is made at time of booking. By The River accepts MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Check. By The River does not refund for unused nights in the event you choose to leave before your reserved stay is over.

RV/Tent Sites Check-Out 11:30am / Check-In 1:00pm

Check-out time for RV and tent camping 11:30 am on your scheduled departure day. Late departure/check-out may be arranged in advance with the office for an additional fee of $10.00, extending your check-out time to 4:00pm the day of your scheduled departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office as early as possible to see if your site is available for extension.

Check-In time for RV and tent camping is 1:00 pm on your arrival date.
